- added hybrid firstperson (cl_nte_hybrid_firstperson)
- changed the way cvars are stored, so that they're easier to reset in code.
- added a bunch of options for the crosshair
- changed the way the crosshair is rendered. instead of a png, it's not a proper circle made out of polygons
- changed the way viewbob speed is calculated, allowing for user modifcation (cl_nte_viewbob_mult_speed_walk)
