A recommended of the concept ideas share for City 6 in lore that set in Combine Citadel in the Berlin.
What happened to the Berlin and Germany after 7 hour war?[half-lifefanon.fandom.com]
And now after City 17 collapsed, the main portal city is shut down. The remaining Cities is panicking but still in power. But soon Berlin will be the next to rise up to fight back the invader.
