Import all the OWMDL files. I don't quite know what you mean about missing certain textures, the head texture is actually part of the main body texture (I don't know why it's not separate), also, the body texture usually has an alpha, meaning you won't see parts of it, but they are there.

cause the head and certain textures are missing.

Can you show me what you typed into your bat file (the one you double click on to initiate OverTool)?

i can't get the OWMDL though. no matter what i only got 00cs,regardless.

After you rip the model, you should have an OWMDL file (if you used OverTool), you need to use a Blender script that let's you import that file type in Blender (or Maya, whatever), found here:

I used OverTool, obviously, and what I did was make a text file with these lines, and turn it into a bat file (with Notepad++)

OverTool.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwatch" x "C:\Users\[username]\Desktop\ow_rip\christmas" skin "Tracer"

To which, you would replace Tracer with what ever hero you're trying to rip (and whatever file paths you prefer), but bear in mind, they have to be named EXACTLY as they are in game, so, "Lucio" would have to be "Lúcio"

Kind of (well, at first), I had to make them Valve.biped to work as a pm, and delete a couple of bones because Gmod cannot have more than 128 bones on one model, other than that, they're mostly original.
