Report a translation problem
This happens whether or not Harvest Everything is installed. When I get around to trial and erroring all my mods to find out which one is causing this issue, I'll post what's causing it. I didn't test with a minimal (vanilla + QE only) modlist. I'm running humanoid alien races, Biotech dlc but no pawn race mods besides Android Tiers. I'm not going to try cloning androids because that's pointless lol.
I reloaded a debug save and all the stats looked fine. Weird.

I researched the tech, scanned the dna and brain, made a clone, and told a pawn to apply the template to the clone, but none of the stats changed; most of the skills are a dash (-) for an unusable skill both before and after, and the backstories don't change either.
I had the same result once I cut my mods down to only QEE and harmony. I got nothing on the console output.
I know you just reupload these mods, but if you or anyone could find a fix I'd appreciate it.

...the HAR race mods made by this author all can cause bugs.
I have tested the new version of your mod with many other races, could work perfectly except listed above.
Mod list is same as the past one.
I uesd different HAR mod this time though, the error showed again. Please ignore Character Editer/Dev in Your Language, I brought them for better testing.

Replicate:
1. Quick start.
2. Generate a pawn whose race is based on HAR.
3. Change his/her faction to player faction.
4. Research necessary technology, choose the generated pawn as target to clone.
5. Start to nurture new pawn, but the new pawn does't generated and error comes out.
