OK well the only bug i've found so far is that when a clone comes out of the vat, all skills except shooting, melee and social are disabled. This persists even after waiting for the -20 clone mood debuff to wear off. Switching the childhood backstory to anything besides "vatgrown clone" via Character Editor and then putting it back fixes this bug. Saving the game and then reloading it also fixes this issue.

This happens whether or not Harvest Everything is installed. When I get around to trial and erroring all my mods to find out which one is causing this issue, I'll post what's causing it. I didn't test with a minimal (vanilla + QE only) modlist. I'm running humanoid alien races, Biotech dlc but no pawn race mods besides Android Tiers. I'm not going to try cloning androids because that's pointless lol.

I fixed it. it had something to do with the mod load order. Now my clone just finished and instantly became a shambler. Is this a bug or is this a failed clone?

kinda like the comment bellow, brain scan changes skills and background, but for some reason every skill other than shooting,melee,cooking and social is (-), i tried to force birthday and do other age related stuff through debug menu but it didn't work

As far as I can tell, the organs and growing vats work properly, but I can't successfully apply a brain scan template onto a new clone.
I researched the tech, scanned the dna and brain, made a clone, and told a pawn to apply the template to the clone, but none of the stats changed; most of the skills are a dash (-) for an unusable skill both before and after, and the backstories don't change either.
I had the same result once I cut my mods down to only QEE and harmony. I got nothing on the console output.
I know you just reupload these mods, but if you or anyone could find a fix I'd appreciate it.

Could be generated properly now. But a new question...the new colonist can't do most of works. The works they can do only include hauling, cleaning and basic work. I tried to change her age and don't have any effect.

@悲嬴欢阙 Should work better now, was not connected to Real Faction Guest. The issue was that some HAR races has a higher age-limit for being able to walk than humans so the code tried to spawn an age 3 pawn that was not able to walk.

The cloned one I made is belong to HAR race, with default quick start scenario at the same time. It's means the race of colonist which be cloned is different from player's faction default race, this may lead to the error what I said.

I have a strange bug where I built a vat, filled it and ordered a pawn to load the genome into it, after which the vat disappeared, leaving a gray circle underneath. But when the growing process was over, the vat reappeared with a pawn inside. Otherwise, other than that, the mod works great
