Yeah, you pretty much have in mind what I think would be good too. I was thinking perhaps a Lava Planet, as well as a Grass/Forest planet would be pretty great. I personally find the Star Destroyer has plenty of space, and rooms. There's a couple of areas I personally believe could be reworked/optimized to have more functionality into alternative use areas too.

The map is very near the limits that the Source engine allows for. I still want to do a bunch of updates. It's just that finding the time is always hard. The more complete interior of the Nebulon B has priority to add. And possibly some more rooms on the ISD as well. But if it's possible, I'd love to add more planets, yeah. I have a number of ideas of potential planets to add. Such a grass planet, similar to the snow and desert planets, but different flavour. I've been toying with the idea of a water planet, but the skyline is always an issue. but the planet that I think would be most suited for the map is a lava planet as it would be perfect for some Sith RP that a lot of people like to do.

I do not allow any edits of the ma tho. I might get to adding another planet at some point. But I would likely have to do another optimization pass on the map to make room.

Hello, I am reaching out to suggest possibly adding at least a couple more layers, alongside the desert planet, and Snow planet. If you are still actively developing the map that is. Let me know if this is something you would be interested/consider doing and I will go into more detail. Thanks.

Try disabling all other addons and see if the problem persists. There might be some other addon causing a problem.

For some reason the ambience doesn't play unless you turn off the power core and then turn it back on again. Not a big deal but just thought I should mention it.

It shouldn't be removed. And the weather is only present above the edges of the rocky edges. At eye level there's no weather

Like how you can remove the white background around the planet or the shield generators at the top of the ISD.

I was more of wondering if there is an entity or something that could be removed by the map host or admin to remove the snow/sand? I don't mind the plain sky but the sand obscures vision a little bit, so I was curious if it could be removed.

Then the lack of sky would be very obvious. The weather is there to hide the sky. So I will not remove it. Eye level near the ground is already free of weather tho.

The map itself cannot have a blue sky. Disable any sky altering addons and try again.

I think a recent update has messed with the mod, when I try to connect to it it has the blue sky and missing textures issue

Disable all other addons and see if you still have a problem by noclipping through. It should just work normally.

Meetric inf map is incompatible with a map like this. It wouldn't work.
And yes. The teleports work perfectly fine outside of vehicles.

That's a vehicle problem. not a map problem. ask the vehicle makers to fix their ships so that they work normally with teleporters like they should. The teleporters themselves work fine.

There's nothing to fix. It works perfectly fine. They are just normal teleporters.
If you mean LFS doesn't work with the teleporters, then that's a problem for LFS to fix. If you mean something else. Please elaborate.
And I've never heard of mee inf map base. Link?

in my opinion, my priority would be to upgrade the star destroyer cannons because sometimes doesnt work.

It's a good idea yes. It would give the fleet even more variety. But I'd have to make the model for it. And since it's quite a big ship, it would have to have quite a bit of detail. Just the detailing alone would take the most time. So, nice idea. But it's not a high priority for me. Maybe eventually.

In that case I would just suggest to use the map without Star Wars Universe. It's not an official part of the map to begin with anyway.

@youtou | Star Wars Universe was discontinued I believe, as in it hasn't been updated for a LONG time so with the current version of Gmod and the map it may be broken.

This map has no required content. Disable the universe addon and try again. If that doesn't work, disable all other addons and see if that works.

By going into hyperspace to its location and then flying a starfighter towards it.
The location is the right of the two locations indicated by a larger ring on the star map seen in the last screenshot.

Right now? No. It's on a timer.
But you're right that it should have such a function. I will add that in the next version. Though I don't know when I'll get around to finish the next version as I'm very busy with other projects.

Okay, there was just another Gmod update. I checked both the normal and infinite versions of the ISD in singleplayer and multiplayer. And it seems to work normally again.
So, I'd suggest to try the map again and see if everything works normally.

I heard it might have something to do with the encryption placed on some maps to prevent them from being copied/edited

I've been looking into it. And it seems all entities are simply missing. It seems to have happened on a number of my maps. But not all of them. I will be checking to see what I can do to fix it.

The newest gmod update utterly broke this map
- Teleporter to bridge no longer functions
- Skybox is now a normal sky
- All doors are gone
- Reactor has gone missing
- Elevators are gone
- Anything that could be interacted with is gone
