ADDED COLORS: Emerl now has 12 colors to choose from. Each color references a different one of his friends, Phi, and Gemerl from Sonic Advance 3.

FIX: Emerl's tech roll speed was set to half of what it should be. Don't know how that happened.

FIX: Emerl had a shorter forward roll for a long time. Dunno how that happened. Now it's the same as his backward roll.
FIX: Emerl is now properly tagged as a finished character.

that should be everything for the forseeable future.

How did this one slip under the radar?

FORWARD AERIAL: Base knockback lowered. Knockback growth increased.

BUGFIX: Forward Aerial's knockback was not resetting to its standard values after pressing Side Special. This was making it so pressing Side Special a single time gave Emerl a permanently empowered F-Air, instead of only being empowered if canceled into from Side Special. It resets correctly now.

DOWN TILT changed: Retooled into a more standard down tilt. Pops opponents up on the ground, and spikes softly at ledges.
FORWARD TILT changed: Angle and SFX changed.
NEUTRAL AERIAL changed: SFX changed.

Buffs, Buffs, Buffs!!!

JAB: Can be jump-cancelled on-hit.
UP TILT: Can be jump-cancelled on-hit.
FORWARD STRONG: Faster start-up and more knockback growth.
DOWN STRONG: Now applies a short paralysis on the initial hit. Has a new cancel into Up Strong.
DASH ATTACK: Can be cancelled on-hit. Angle changed on initial hit.
NEUTRAL AERIAL: Can be cancelled on-hit.
UP AERIAL: Faster start-up.
BACK AERIAL: Faster start-up.
NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Faster start-up and recovery.

ATTRIBUTES: Faster dash speed, run speed, and air speed. Increased double jump height. Slightly heavier.

ATTRIBUTES changed: His increased air friction/accel made him a bit too tanky horizontally. I brought his weight back down to standard and reduced his friction during hitstun to compensate for this.
