Did you try pressing the button on the TV, it is the small little cube on either the bottom left or right

The other versions should have this by default, the reason this was separate was because the night (no storm) was being used on a server and they thought the animation was breaking it. if you want to activate the TV, press the little cube on the bottom right of the TV
