Big. Mean. Slick.

This is Dark Interval's "XM31 Combine O.I.C.W.". Inspired by the early AR2 of Half-Life 2's in-dev/beta development stages, which would later be discarded and replaced by the I-Rifle circa 2003-2004. Based on the 1999 "XM29 Objective Individual Combat Weapon" developed by Alliant Techsystems, with Heckler & Koch.

Disclaimer:

Using any other modification that overrides the game_sounds_weapons script will cause conflicts.

If experiencing issues, be sure to put the workshop_dir.vpk found in your steamapps\workshop\content\220\3401536065 into your \steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\custom.

You call it "custom" not "customfolder". Then you put the .vpk file in there

what would my directory look like if i made a custom folder, apology's because I am kind of stupid
i e: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\customfolder??
or would I put it somewhere else.

I have just now realized that this is a problem with workshop in general. If you change the worldmodel of any gun in a different way like in this addon, it will always clip into the ground if you download it directly from workshop. But if you move it to a custom folder it works perfectly fine for some reason
