Description
replaces all rebels with arctic tactical skins. The medics also have a distintive familiar look.

As a bonus, rebels have unique animations.
(no citizen)

For animation, one of the essential items is required.

did you restart gmod or you may have another replacement addon enabled

Some reason the mod skin is not replacing the rebel skin. it might be gmod its self or the mod
