I reworked this addon due to outdated code and also made a couple of small changes.

- Removed all obsolete network messages
- The code is formatted in a nice format for the developer (partially)
- Small cycle optimizations have been made (and "pairs" have been changed to "ipairs")
- The washing machine can now accept NPCs and players
- Added meme weapons: MGR: Revengeance
- Fixed bugs in obsolete code
- Missing thumbnails added

The changes are not global, but now this addon almost does not produce any errors. You can let me know in the comments if you find any other errors.

I don't know how active the original developer is, so I didn't try to send pool requests. He can use this to update the original if he wants, I wouldn't mind.
