Если у вас не будет работать то,зайдите в SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons,после этого найдите свой css контент и удалите в папке css папку skybox

If it doesn't work for you, go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons, then find your css content and delete the skybox folder in the css folder

that looks like the old beta version
the texture is like a black dirty fog letting barely any sunlight pass the clouds covers the world with pollution
so much pollution that citizens need to wear gasmasks

что делать если не работает в мультиплеере и нету css контента потому что у меня лицензия css?

Убрал солнце
