Magnusson Telespawner from Half-Life 2 Episode 2. It is located in Entities, Jakub Baku. Spawn it, press E on it and wait for the Strider-Buster to spawn. The entity is editable.

Auto spawn - if set the bombs will spawn automatically after the previous one is removed from the device,
Entity to spawn - custom entity class to spawn, for example "grenade_helicopter". Some entities are blacklisted, like Lua_run, etc.
Custom model - useful for spawning props, this way you can set their model,
Indestructible - makes the telespawner indestructible. Normally the device can be destroyed.
