Masked Breen Replacement

Description

Small addon that replaces dr. breen and breen_monitor with the masked variant created by Sunabouzu.

Makes breen kinda look like a super villain or something lol.

@super robot 123 if you extract the addon, you can just remove the breen.mdl files and keep breen_monitor.mdl related files and that should work.
