Welcome to my Resident Evil: Cold Blood SNPCs Remastered!

Backstory:
This addon was initially released back in 2019 via early beta but I never had the time or motivation to finish it due to my lackluster knowledge back in the day and other priorities. But now that it's been remastered from the ground up, it's back and far better with much more content and quality of life improvements.

VJ Base is required in order to work!

Features:
  • Features all of the enemies from RE:CB!
  • Customization menu!
  • Zombies have the following features:
    • Full dismemberment system!
    • Has a chance to be knocked down and get up after a period of time!
    • Has a chance to spawn as a vomit zombie!
    • Huge variety of voicesets!
    • Can bite and make you vulnerable!
    • If leg is dismembered they'll become a crawler!
    • Will stop attacking if they miss their target!
  • Full model events!
  • SNPCs are allied with most of Roach's DrG RE Nextbots!
  • Some SNPCs can be gibbed!
  • Unique particle effects & decals!
  • Damage resistance for some SNPCs!
  • Bosses have their own music!
  • Enhanced thirdperson camera when controlling SNPCs!
  • Spiders can spit at their target!
  • Hunters, Lickers & Cerberus can leap attack!
  • Proto-Tyrant starts running if target is far enough!
  • Cerberus can sleep when idle!
  • Tyrant-103 & Proto-Tyrant can knock back their targets!
  • Spider (Baby) is passive and can be crushed if stepped on!
  • Much more!
Map Spawner:
  • Behaves just like the AI DIrector from the L4D SNPCs
  • Fully configurable in the customization menu
  • Requires NPCs on the map or ignore players off in order to work when spawned
  • Only maps with built-in nodegraphs will work, Nodegraph Editor will not work

@darkborn how do i make them eat players , whenever i try they dont , infact they dont even eat npcs

@Spooky Vanilla Try ARC9 Signalis guns, they work in First and Third Person.

Yeah, I tried to do that too. But when a zombie takes several magnum bullets, it kinda loses its magic. Specially since in every Resident Evil, the magnum could instakill almost every enemy in a single magnum shot. And in the original trilogy, the shotgun could decapitate 3 regular zombies at once in a single blast.

This mod is Ace, tho some problems at in the way.

Problem 1, Same as the comment Below. 3 Shotgun blasts to the head is a bit much, I'm trying to tern GMod in to a Survival Horror though a couple other mods and having the Zombie take so long to kill.. Kinda take's the cake if there's more then one in a CQB.

Problem 2, with the Spawned... Please can we have a setting for that it floods the map which is good at first but then Keeps flooding. First flood is fine as everything is spread out and easy to avoid getting over whelmed but then I hear the 2 (Boom) and now there's even more of them. Goes from Resident Evil too That one part of Dawn of the Dead.

If I've missed anything please tell me. Loving this mod.

Note: This is just feed back, I really hope there's more mods and same of the sort too come. :steamthumbsup:

Is there a way to lower their HP so that they don't have to take 3 shotgun blasts to the head?

It's doable in VJ but it's unfinished.
