Yes, they do have blood, BECAUSE THEY ARE human,
used to be, at least, having their humanity almost- if not completely -removed from them,
serving their new masters.
(I stated "almost" as they still do feel emotions to some limit, i.e; fear, combine snipers yell when you throw grenades in their nests, which is not much, but still a fragment of what's left.)
