I love this game so much, it so different from all the other survival games with actual challenge and things to worry about, most game in this genre are the same with no real challenge or anything to worry about, DST has so many mechanics and things to-do that it actually has lots and lots of repeatability and actually changes the way you play the game.I love how they added seasons actually giving you something to worry about and unlike other games like MC and Terraria(which are both good games) actually have challenge in the seasons, instead of being something like a biome or just a visual thing.I really enjoy how they added specific things to-do in a specific biome in a specific time of year like I love how you can't just quickly speed-run the game for things and op items and how you actually have to play the game slowly to get OP loot.I also really LOVE how they added so many bosses with most of them having REALLY great loot and actual fun boss fights and how they are in specific locations or seasons or time of year.This game has so many fun ways to play like the characters you could either be a character who gets resources extremely fast or someone who can beat the living ♥♥♥♥ out of any bosses or enemies or just be really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ op(Wanda).This game's art style is so unique from other games with most other games being just some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3D art style or just some blocky mess, the art style remind me a lot of Tim Burton's style and it actually makes this game unique.You can easily tell how much love and care Klei put into the game from the Shorts they have on YT and how they release a update every 1 - 2 months making it more fun since there's more you can do.This game has so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanic I could have more words on a Google Doc than the entire bible like this game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great I would recommend it to lots of people.I just love how this game is also has mods it makes the game even more fun since now you can solve a few QOL things that weren't added or just play a whole new game.And the community is great I have met so many new people from this game and have been friends with them for years most people who play this game are so nice and fun to play with and most of them are pretty good people.I love the lore of this game with them connecting everything together perfectly and how they are STILL adding lore to the characters and world around the Constant(World Name).Like I said earlier this game is SO unique in the survival game genre and yes there are still some absolute BANGERS of survival games out there but this one is so special to me and will always hold a special place in my heart, so uh GO BUY DST NOW.
