its really solid . i can see the potential. but many things are holding this game back
EDIT: PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN IMPROVED CONSIDERABLY.
However the real issue lies in this games core gameplay.
- your meta progression is just not great. most stuff you unlock is just not worth it.
- the upgrade tree should have optional things to suit your playstyle , like always starting with a heal. or later unlocking a self revive. or upgrading core stats like movement speed /really anything that might make the players experience more interesting , which i feel nothing on that tree is right now, other then getting an extra heal.
there needs to be more synergy between items. stuff that justifies other things and makes interesting builds.
- most loot you find on the ground is worse then what you will find in the shop, I feel it should be the otherway around if im risking my life to get loot.
- you really should start with a heal or considerably increase the healing dropped from enemies, or considerably reduce the damage regular enemies deal.
- having more then the 1 heal earlier in the game would be good but again, enemies could also just not hit so damn hard or drop more healing on death.

this game is an amazing sandbox. however the things in the sandbox currently just need alot of reworking imo. many issues in this game have been solved by other Roguelites already , this feels more like a Souls game thats been reworked to pass off as a roguelite.

This plays like If DMC1 leaned alot more into its resident evil roots.
dope combat,fun weapons. the modern control scheme works really well, you can still situationally use tank controls when you need it , and the tunes are sick.

game doesnt have a sensitivity slider for controller , which makes it pretty hard to play.
however the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ sick
played alot more in the demo , was hoping the sensitivity slider would be added by release tbh but still pretty managable on the sticks.

Thank you path of exile 2 for giving me something to do till Monster Hunter Wilds

best racing game since Fzero GX

incredibly dope and surprisingly lengthy game, especially if you enjoy side missions, lots to do. best feature is all the vehicles ,theres much more content then what the trailers would lead you to believe.

visablity is ROUGH , even after changing settings, you cant see ♥♥♥♥ happening in hordes, especially in cave and forest . the art style is cool but I think the forced shadows are a bit much.

honestly not for me, I gave it ALOT of my patience tho,its a good game for those who like reading lore heavy stuff.

But coming from Lunacid I expected a somewhat similar experience here. but this game is almost exclusively just sightseeing and reading lore, combat and gear you find are irrelevant, so if the gear doesnt get you from point A-B faster , its pretty much useless.
