I can't stop with this game. Been playing it since version 0.0.0.2. Keep coming back to it. Its great to throw on, hit some spots for a couple minutes and quit out, maybe do my daily objectives. Or I might play it for 5 hours straight without thinking.
You've got to get over the initial hurdle of learning the controls but in doing that it starts to feel like how it feels to learn to skate, but instead of it taking a week to learn to kickflip, here it might take you an hour to REALLY get them down.

Yeah there's some issues with development but probably less problems with its development than bigger teams.
Still waiting on Multiplayer though...

There is still so much in this game that infuriates me, Bugs, bad gameplay features, lacking in areas, unimaginative aspects. But its got so much that I still love, the world is gorgeous, some of the characters are so lovable, sometimes its super immersive. I can't even rightfully recommend it to a friend still but it's such a good game I feel bad for not being able to recommend it.

Great for an Indie title. Doubt people will still be playing it more than a year after release.

I love this game. I've been obsessed with the Fallout franchise since the release of Fallout 3. Sure its not the greatest Fallout game ever but if you like the franchise, the environment or the style its an incredible experience no matter what. I've stopped playing any other game. With this game I no longer need to play any other game.
As for peoples problem with the Creation Club. Its not really paid mods its paid DLC we've had DLC around for years! Plus the Mods still exist. Bethesda didn't remove the Nexus. I've had bad experiences with Mods over the years these DLC's are like a safe option for me. For instance, the Hellfire Power armor is something Ive been wanting from mods for a while so I bought the slightly less quality Hellfire Armor thats guaranteed to work. Though for everyone else theres the much better quality Hellfire Armor for free on the nexus. I feel ok paying for it too being about 700 hours into fallout. Granted I also bought the Pip-boy edition of the game.
