If he isn't accepting then that probably means he is disallowing map modifications to be published.

Mike sucks ,
he says do not publish and edit the map without my permission,
so he does not even accept the invitation friend to ask him, he does not answer.

I advise you not to wait, publish the map if you made a change because it will never answer you if you have the authorization

Hello, Mike. I have an idea for restructuring the map, but we will have to somehow either write together, or go to your map of the latest version of rp_1944berlin, that is, somehow modernize the map for RP servers, increase the height, increase the length, width, vegetation, the situation in the buildings, remove some doors, trees and so on, not only England, USA, France, but also for the CIS countries [In my case it is Russia].
