for my opinion, it use 'alyx's gun' ammo, theres no way to getting ammo for flamethrowers expect tool gun, so I go with tool gun to refill it

use the TFA CoD WW2 Axis/Allies Ammo cache in entities menu, simple solution.

just use "givecurrentammo" on console command,and it automaticly gives you 999 ammo and you're done.
