Ragdoll stretch tool

Description
Make ragdolls stretchy again like back then in old Garry's Mod.

This is a tool, you can find it under the CONSTRAINTS category.
Properties menu (right click menu) also has button for stretching the ragdolls.

No. The stretch effect is only possible through SFM (the shitty old program that valve never updated)
