Good stuff. Would like to see you give it a lil more in the town if you ever come back to this.

@Weofparadigm Did you even uh, read the description? It stated it's pretty barebones and not really a finished project.

@weofparadigm I think you don't even have the smallest of a clue on how much time and effort the creator has put in to this...

I want to give you credit for making one of 2 mods that support local coop, but that's really it. Sad to say I didn't much enjoy the 45 minutes it took to uncover the map. i got stuck in rocks/behind chests, etc quite a bit, the 2 enemy types get boring fast, and i don't understand why you made 3 buildings without even throwing down a carpet, let alone anything else. This mod really needs some work.

nice map. i ll be glad to play it when you finish
Donnerbalken 17 Nov, 2016 @ 11:06am
thats pretty much what i meant, but its still just a minor suggestion on an overall great map :)

@NuclearToast trees that are close to a river, or on a riverbank, and if i am to assume i think he is thinking there are too many trees on or close to the riverbank, and wants them reduced a bit...thats what i took from Donnerbalkns comment

@Donnerbalken Thank you so much for this feedback, nothing better than constructive critics. But i don't really get what you mean with the Riverbank trees.
Donnerbalken 20 Oct, 2016 @ 1:11am
I took my time to explore that wonderfull map, and i got to say: you got it right on spot.
I will try to give you some feedback on your way aswell.
-The "bloodlake" (sorry for spoilers) uses actual Red water, with no propper watersource nearby, and its feels too big for just one big puddle. How about you "break" up the Bloody water into smaller puddles, and connect them via.... guess blood and water will do.
- Near the start, you have a small section at the Riverbank/Waterfall where you placed a lot of bushes, but surrounded it by trees: If the goblin village is nearby, i'd remove 1-2 of the riverbank trees, as i think it would look so "patched in the forest".
- I've found a few trees in this rather dark forest which seem to stick out a bit with their "design"... not sure if its just me, but they look a bit lost there.
If anyone asks: no im not negative, im just bound by comment length :(

@Krazo Thanks for your offer, but at the moment i'm still getting into all the scripting and stuff beside worlddesign. So voicing would be something for the future, but i'll keep you in mind.
Wodenfrey 7 Oct, 2016 @ 4:28am
I would help with some voice over if you want.

Here an impresive game level design, and i have yet to grasp how to operate the Editor..... Good work btw
marekvelgar 29 Sep, 2016 @ 12:11am
I gave it a play. It was under funny name, something like "wwwwwwwwwwwaaaaa".
The area was great, really good stuff. I had to show it to my brother and I told him that this is how you make a game level :)
NuclearToast  [author] 27 Sep, 2016 @ 10:49am
@marekvelgar
As far as i know you just have to subscribe to it and it will download it automatically. Then you can activate it in D:OS EE under Mods
marekvelgar 27 Sep, 2016 @ 5:56am
Looks loveley on screenshots. How do I activate it to play it?
NuclearToast  [author] 27 Sep, 2016 @ 12:33am
Thank you so much for that compliment. And what you said is exactly what i wanted, a good look overall and then some small aspects that really suck the viewer in.
Also for the dialog you mentioned, i didn't even catch that, also thanks.

About filling it with more stuff: I'm currently getting in more to dialogs so one can expect some more NPCs in the future. The idea with an arena also sounds good, i'll look in to that and maybe i really can get SniperHF to work with me.

So thanks again for your review. =)

Gorgeous environment. The map looks is very detailed and attractive. Comparable if not better than maps in the main game. It is small of course but some aspects – like the waterfall at the goblin’s camp – are incredible.

Of course, as you wrote in the description, there is not much more there. You should get together with SniperHF (the author of A Necromancer’s Crusade) and combine your works. He is wonderful with scripts, encounters, and story, but the environments are lacking. Just a thought.

Thanks for the mod, I enjoyed for what it is. I hope you can find a way to put some stories on it. Or at least a sort of 'arena' with more interesting foes...

Last comment: the goblin little dialogue haas a very Larian-like sort of humor….
