Does this stop the damage from fire storms in frackin universe?

could you by chance make an object that can be applied to base game blocks to make them meteor-proof? or some sort of wiring mode to set on objects, to toggle whether or not they can be broken? lava planets are kind of beautiful on the surface but it's kind of gross that the only blocks that can survive there are piles of brains. and, i guess also kind of weird. why are brains immune to meteors

Why don't they just make the villages shielded like some of the dungeons are? Wouldn't it make more practical sense? Just have a shield generator and if the player wants to destroy the village, they can break the generator.

you are my savior i just made 3 races hate me completly because i like lava/volcanic Planets and always explore them.

I was really hoping 1.3 would remove the necessity of this mod.

They really should have made it where those villages (and even dungeons) do not spawn on worlds that literally make zero sense for them to live on. Such as the Florans as they have more than a strong dislike of fire.

Now we need a mod that stops the NPC's spawning in flamable buildings on ember rain worlds, and replace them with non flamable ones.

can you make a mod where when it rains it does not place water? (the avians keep killing me because of it) :<

I visited a volcanic planet for the first time... I was astonished due to the high danger level, but I was mostly surprised by the two different Floran dungeons I ran into at first... then I nearly cried as I had approached the great tragedy of the Floran race... a humble little Floran village stood within the rocky hills of this planet... embers rained relentlessly uponn their thatch-roofed homes and I saw as their belongings were diminished by the fire... I almost cried... I wanted to help, but all I had was 4 units of water and a half-full stack of cobblestone. Even after I had built a fireproof shield over their roofs, I still saw the fire spread across the ground and burn the homes from the bottom up...

Reminds me on the Glitch Village Hunting me Because theyr Complete Buildings collapsed , theyr stuff felt to earth or into my inventory (Because i Standing in theyr Village) and They Called me Thief XD .... they throw a Cupboard on you and call you thief ! Thanks for the mod xD

I started building a colony on a world, and didn't realize there was ember rain. Long story short, everything got ruined and I was pissed.

Only certain blocks are flammable, yes. The problem is that NPC houses are more often than not built of said flammable materials.

Does every block suffer fire damage, or only "flamable stuff", like wood? Which is to say, I haven't reached volcanic worlds yet, if I build stuff in stone, am I safe?

Nice, now I just need something to stop metiorites from leveling my structures and I can fiinally build on volcanic worlds. :L

Seriously, metiorites do SO MUCH block damage and their impaact radius is HUGE. A single storm leveled the entire building I had made with just 5-10 direct impacts, and it was a medium sized building with lots of floors to tear through ffs... T_T
