@☭Infernouncle☭, it does, but I would recommend using something like ! Immersive Beautiful Universe ! or ! Immersive Beautiful Stellaris ! for better quality and background diversity.

Purely graphical mods usually work on new versions - unless Paradox substantially changes the way its game is setup, this will continue to work.

Ignore the "outdated" icon and ust use it.
Skybox replacements will never need an update, much like portrait and texture mods.

Hmm I am not sure if I did anything wrong but the pictures I get seem pretty low resolution, like some commenters have mentioned. Can anyone on 3.2 confirm this? If you have it working right now, how low in your load order do you put it?
