use Find It 2 P&P version. or create a new asset in the editor and place the props. Prety easy

I sure would like this to work. I have all the items supposedly, but it still shows up as missing in the log.

I'm sorry it's broken - I will try to fix it sometime!

If you like cats - with Prop Anarchy mod, you can place the cat props all around your city! :)

this is a great idea for us cat people.....but doesn't seem to be working for me either and do have all the props

This is lovely but not working for me. I've downloaded all the required props but the walls and the cats aren't showing up when I place the alley.

This is full of awesome win! If only we could make cats an official pet so they could follow their owners... uhm.. human slaves around. :)
