I have the same problem as @Graff57, my country capitulates instantly after starting a war.

@coolboy1212567 on the bottom right, you can press on nuclear raids, then it's normal from there but you can choose a province and choose nuke or thermonuke

i dont even know how to use the nukes

@Graff57 I couldn't think of anything that would cause the issue you have. Maybe this mod conflicts with other mods or break specific countries. This might be a unique case, so I'll leave it until more people report this same issue.

@Nannan22 Thank you for responding so quickly, I tested with a cheat to remove the negative surrender limit that accumulates and my support for the war at 100% and stability at 100%. It still makes me capitulate as soon as war is declared.

@Graff57 That's probably because this mod removed the surrender limit cap. To explain this, In vanilla you capitulate if you lose 80% or more of your victory points to an enemy. If for example, you have -20% surrender limit from low war support it become 60%. This limit is capped at 20% and will not go below this. But in this mod, I removed the cap to make nation capitulate without taking land possible.

You capitulating is probably because you have a lot of negative surrender limit debuffs stacking against you. And capitulating on war declaration is because you have less than 0% limit at the time you declared war.

This is only a guess. If I'm wrong here then tell me
