They should have custom scripts to calculate resistances anyway, so you'll have a percentage of your cold resist as a bonus tidal frost resistance, or percentage of electric res as surge res.

I should star looking for the errors, at least the ones that have some form of log report, as I can't test FU.
And that error happened after the damage application, when the game needs to render the particle, can you check the log for the text "arcana_abyssdamagenumber", maybe there was a wrong JSON patch.
What caused it?
(StarException) Unknown particle definition with kind /particles/damagenumbers/arcana_abyssdamagenumber.particle.
