Bit of a late reply but I also had the issue of the "More Builds" context menu not showing up.
In my case I was able to solve it, the issue was the "Eerie Country" hammer called "Reinforced hammer" not counting as a "real" hammer, at least not for this mod.
Once I equipped a normal hammer or ball peen hammer, the context menu popped up.
So if anyone has issues with the context menu not appearing, make sure not to equip modded tools.
This would include you extending your creative license to us, allowing our mod team to add/edit/use your mod to suit our server. As such we would not publish our edits to the workshop. We will include credit to you as the original creator of the mod, of course.
If this is agreeable to you or would like to discuss this further, please let us know. Thank you for all your effort.

doesn't matter if the shovel is in my main inventory, equipped in both hands or on the floor either.
Sadly the fireplace seems to have been broken by the game updating, not sure why it wont work but i'm looking into a work around.
Or does it need to be completely open spot where ya slap it on ?
Might I suggest this if you want a mod to handle this though? https://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2800412098
Also having the doors and windows back would be nice since you know... zombies tend to break those first hand and after sometime it turns tedious to look for replacement
I think having the well, genny etc. available so easily in multiplayer is a bit unbalance
