very sorry but I have no idea how these work, as when I try to start them, the warning light comes on, is there maybe a way to properly start it?

meredith999, yeah kinda. They've been fixed, I try to keep most my vehicles up to date...I'm not perfect though :steamsad:

jason, they spawn at the island called "Fishing Village" if you look at the map you will see a vehicle icon showing the Lifeboats location. Hope that helps!
