Source does not support day and night shifts. All the mods that simulate this are just trying to invert the already baked shadows. I wanted to make a night version, but the map turned out to be not very popular, mainly due to poor performance and I had no desire to spend some more time on the night version.

I have no idea, I just have garry's mod max settings enabled and HDR enabled, I don't understand why LDR still exists in this engine.

Everything works correctly. Most likely you are using low settings or even DX8. This map is not intended for weak computers.
