Changed paint station to not require you to learn the instrument recipes for them to show up in it. X_x

Added Paint Station recipe to default crafting recipes so it shows up on architects tables that aren't fully upgraded.

All 15 vanilla Mario Paint instruments have been implemented.

The crafting station graphic is still a horrible placeholder, though.
