Version 0.2.1 has been published to Stable tModLoader v2024.8

- Reduced the base spawn rate of the creature.
- Added a configuration screen, with a couple spawn conditions.
- By default it will stop spawning once you get its drop.
- Removed the music volume tween, as it causes more issues than it's worth.
