Changed mod to utilise XSLT framework over XML

NOW REQUIRES CORE MOD AS LISTED

- Updated and altered troop tree to replace vanilla vigila recruit with newly created Tesserarius
- Altered troop equipment slightly
- Altered party troop numbers for the units.
- Minor alterations

- Updated equipment sets slightly to be more uniformed.
