Version 1.5.0.1

Incorporated a few small changes that vanilla made to the dynasty tree viewer, and had to make a few modifications to get the horizontal spacing working correctly in the parent/child functionality.

Also removed the mods to the house view, since paradox fixed the open dynasty tree button for dead houses.
