increased knockout damage

Slightly decreased damage. Various changes to handling. Increased accuracy and reduced bullet drop to close the gap between close and mid-long range engagements. Added small damage to weak vehicles (aircrafts / cars) to improve usefullness in maps where vehicle gameplay is essential, like dustbowl.
