CN More Farming: Revitalization

Beskrivelse
More farmables, more ingredients, more foods, more furnitures, new biomes, and a new way of cooking!

Installing this mod is a one-way trip, there are no uninstall instructions other than to start a new game. You have been warned!

!!! IF YOU ENCOUNTER AN ISSUE OF ANY KIND AND WANT IT FIXED FAST, I NEED YOUR HELP. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS !!!

Thanks, and if you enjoy the mod, consider donating to my patreon account here[www.patreon.com].

Spice up your fridges with More Farming, includes EVERYTHING from Yes Chef (quests, recipes, appliances, etc.), so be sure to unsub from that one as soon as you can!

What Does This Mod Do?
This mod is an update to TheBigBlueSerpent's MoreFoodMod and a continuation of More Farming by Mackinz, which added a ton of crops and a ton of different foods to the game. CN More Farming: Revitalization does the same, but in a more polished and developed way as well as creating any recipe you can dream up (I'm open to suggestions).

This mod adds almost 200 new meals, snacks, desserts and tons of other eatables, as well as 30+ new crops which can be found while adventuring among the stars or purchased at a local Terramart. On top of that, it also adds a multitude of appliances (Some available per race) which really fill out your kitchen. They aren't just decorations either, they are now a part of the cooking process! Have a vanilla blender lying around doing nothing but taking up space? BAM, it now has the ability to blend ingredients.

It doesn't just end at adding new ingredients or appliances, this mod also adds loads of recipes for using your new appliances. Ever wanted to bake a Pumpkin Pie? Well, now you can!

The intent of this mod is to match how cooking in real life works, if you know a recipe, why can't you just cook it? In this mod, there are no boundaries preventing cooking of a recipe, you know all recipes at the beginning, you just have to put together the ingredients!

It's even compatible with Frackin' Universe!

If you'd like a more detailed (and prettier) description, a tutorial, and other neat stuff, check out the Chucklefish forums page at this link here[community.playstarbound.com]

Reporting Issues:

Always post your issues in the discussion tab, the steam workshop, or in github[github.com]. I am very attentive, and I will always respond to an issue posted in any of these places usually within minutes, if not an hour or two at the most (I get emails if you do it in GitHub), if I don't respond fast enough, don't be afraid to throw in another comment or two

What can I do to help you?

You can help me by giving me the log files Starbound creates for us modders to work through problems with mods on others machines

How do I give you the logs??!

1. Locate the log file here (There should be no number in the name, this means a file with the name "starbound.log.1" is NOT the CORRECT file):
- normal path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\storage\starbound
- if you have file extensions enabled
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\storage\starbound.log
2. Paste the contents on www.pastebin.com
3. Copy the URL/Address at the top of your browser
4. Add a comment in the discussion tab, steam workshop, or github[github.com], and paste the URL/Address you copied
5. Failing that, ask me for help in the comments.

Other Issues:
If your issue is not crash-related, but something more along the lines of "this can't be crafted" or "I get Perfectly Generic Items from <insert some action here>" or any number of issues you may face, try the steps below:

"This can't be crafted"
1. Launch Starbound
2. In-game, open the appliance you are crafting with
3. Check the "Enable Debug" checkbox
4. Attempt to craft the item that you can't craft
5. If using the FU addon, place the ingredients for the recipe
6. If not using the FU addon, place the ingredients for the recipe and click the Make/Go/Cook button
7. Exit Starbound
8. Continue by following the same steps as above for "How to I get the logs though??!"

"I get PGIs from <insert some action here>"
1. Launch Starbound
2. In-game, do that action, whatever it is, harvesting/killing/fishing/dancing
3. Exit Starbound
4. Continue by following the same steps as above for "How to I get the logs though??!"

If all of the above fails, try your best to describe the problem on the workshop page here and I will do my best to help you resolve it.

Suggestions:

Please leave suggestions in the Discussion thread, on the Steam workshop page, or log an issue in the GitHub repository. I will respond to them with my thoughts, possible alternatives, or any other things that come to mind. I don't turn down good ideas.

There should be a press machine that you make them with.

I have a quick question, Me and my mate have just returned to Starbound, we were wondering how do you make the pressed ingredients like pressed pineapple or pearlpeas? We've been wondering for the pass few days wondering how to make jam ^^;

Please and thank,
-Lucas

For those who aren't aware, I've begun working on a few updates, improvements, and additions to this mod. Mainly focused around balancing the ingredient prices/food levels, fixing issues with chocolate biomes, and improving extensibility of the machines, so it won't be so complicated to add your own recipes to the machines.

stupid question is there a plant i can grow to make cattle feed from fracken?

Sounds like a good thing to fix when I get back into it.

The chocolate biome was so common in my game that I'm no longer using the mod. Sad to lose the crop variety, but enjoying the underground biome variety again. After several hundred planets have been spawned and visited, I may reinstall the mod.

for some reason trying to place your crafting items is making me lag

I also want to remove alot of the base game changes I've made. Much more maintainable if I'm not modifying things that everyone else is modifying.

this mod is great in its scope. it does not however lend itself to the base game's simplicity. simply removing the multiple tables, and simplifying the recipes will ensure a seamless experience. the alcohol could use frackin univese style visual effects. every food item makes te character visually invisible but not to enemies. its truly good despite this, its just not enjoyable currently.

I've been wanting to come back to working on this for awhile. I have many ideas for making it much more sustainable and less complex.
