HOW TO INSTALL CUSTOM NAMES
1) Find your addons folder. (steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop)
2) Find the VPK for the mod. The preview image will have the same name, so that should help.
3) Move the VPK file into your addons folder, uninstall the Workshop mod and start up L4D2.
4) If done correctly the name change will now work.
