Pizza Hut 2.0

Description
This is a scaled down version of Waffledog's Pizza Hut. I tried to bring some life to it with the KingLeno props and thought it came out great so published it. Added RICO and converted to an L1 Unique Building. All credit to Waffledog and workshop mods which made this possible. If you wish to place more than one of these in your citiy you will need BloodyPenguin's Not So Unique Building mod. Stats similar to the other one but RICO files saved under different names to avoid errors. This version snaps to road from storefront. My earlier version snaps to road from the sign and more dilapidated. Growable version found here. A more dilapidated Unique Building version with more parking found here.

Hey @xGoldenNexus the picture of the Pizza Hut linked above [krtnradio.com] closed in New Mexico round August 2015.

Hey @Struggle Cities... I do minor tweaks to existing buildings to suit my needs, but I am not an asset creator by any means.
