The Jumpdrive connector was made so that small ships like the Dragonfly Mk.IIB could attach to it and control it.
With the jumpdrive connected it could make a small ship travel more than two-thousand kilometres in an instant.

The jumpdrive also contains some parts that are unable to be build on small ships like a medical bay and a cryo chamber. There is an oxygen generator to keep the cryo chamber habitable. The cargo container on the jumpdrive is there to store extra materials and supplies in. At last has the jumpdrive a solarpanel to speed up the recharging of the jumpdrive.
