That's just how it was displayed in the picture. Both can wear head, chest and legs.
The face censor is an option to represent hiding of identity.

I personally like this for the invisible helmet. It's really nice for setting up crew uniforms.

In all honesty, Im 100% getting this mod for the sole reason of embarrassing my friend.

And for the fact that the ivy vines look pretty cool, regardless.
