Description

This is one of the Chicago L trains. It's the older brother of the 5000 series.

The 2400 series entered service in 1976 and was in active service till 2014. Still the 5000 and the 2400 look quiet similar (you won't notice the difference in CS) even as the 5000 series entered service in 2013.

About the model:

* Destination signs in line color
* game generated LOD
* correctly placed entry points
* realistic lighting
* realistic top-speed, acceleration and braking
* realistic capacity
* no strange leaning in curves

As usual all map types are used.

Textures: 1024x1024 (d/i/s/c/n)
Tris: 3056

LOD:
Textures: 32x32
Tris: 78

Capacity: 105 per car (630 in total) Max.
speed: 85km/h

Due to the stats it's best used in combination with Mods like "Realistic Population and Consumption" and/or "Rush Hour"

I keep having issues with these spawning as 1 car(trailer only) instead of the whole train. It's random, so if you delete them as they spawn until all full trains spawn its kind of ok.. Otherwise, awesome set and thank you for the hard work!
