Unbreakable Tools (Items slightly harder to craft)

Harder means that the items take more to craft compared to the other mod I made labeled "Unbreakable Tools".
Otherwise, this mod does the exact same thing "Unbreakable Mods" does, but slightly balances it to reduce its brokenness.

TL;DR: This is just like the Unbreakable Tools mod I made, just a bit harder to make the items.
