Adds a Black Core with colored Corona to the Novakid Color Selection

The Brand for them (second picture) is white instead of the usual black.

It SHOULD be compatible with other skin-mods, hairstyles and those things, since it just adds a few lines for the bodycolor, so no new images, assets or anything like that

there are a few personalities with a white pixel on the shoulder (nothing on my end, just a bugged pixel in starbounds original asset).
