He said "Map is really solid"
"harbi" word there means "really" in affirmative way albeit it's informal.
It could also means "legit".
I think the reason why translator mistranslated as "warfare" is because "harb" means "war" or "battle" (and you have to add letters such as "-i" to describe the whole thing clearly but I digress).
But yeah there is also a grammar mistake, had the @_yoldas has added comma after the "harita" (harita, harbi sağlam), translator might have picked it up correctly.
