RH5 - Residence Soleil (4x4)

Description
Hey guys,

First time creating an asset for skylines. I inspired myself with a building near where I live, called Residences Soleil. It's a growable Residential High building, level 5, 4x4 plots.

Specs:

Model has 9059 tris
1024x1024 textures (illum, spec, norm and color maps all included)

Comes with a custom LOD clocking itself at 114 tris, using 512x512 textures (illum, spec, norm, color and alpha maps included)

The tris count for the model itself is a bit high - again this was my first creation using blender and while I'm happy with the results, I think that my next asset will probably be more efficient than this one. 9k tris isn't that bad anyway, I see plenty of assets on steam with 15k+, and at least my LOD is super efficient, right?

Enjoy :D

I may change the light in the future - I also thought it was too bright; sadly all the other alternatives available in the lights section didn't give anything close to the effect I wanted :(

I'll be releasing a new series of assets soon, and then I may tidy up this one a bit.

It's a lovely building, especially when you consider it's your first model. My one gripe with it is the top light, which is a too bright for my liking, but other than that no complaints. So keep it up, I'm looking forward to see more from you!
