I created this lot to show off my kitties:skylines collection of cat props. It's a functional walkway (2x8) that residents will use as a pedestrian path, as well as being visited by (a few) cat-crazy tourists.

Cheap to build with very cheap upkeep and no service requirements, it's the hassle-free way for cat lovers to bring kitties to their skylines... ;)

Oh, by the way... Cat Alley has a distinctive custom icon in the parks menu. Because menus full of little white boxes, are boring. :)
