Traffic Lights

Script implements the traffic lights for 2 directions.

Instructions:
1. Make lights (interior or spotlight) named RedLight1, YellowLight1, GreenLight1 (for the first direction), RedLight2, YellowLight2, GreenLight2 (for the second direction).
2. Add timer that triggers the programmable block.
3. Set delay time variables in script (delay1 - time of red light for the first direction, delay2 - time of red light for the second direction, delay3 - time of yellow light)
4. You can disable traffic lights (flashing yellow) with outOfOrder variable.
