Resources: Energy, Minerals, Alloys, Consumer Goods, Influence, Unity.
Research boosts (temporary or permanent).
Rare technologies: Dark Matter Power, Jump Drives, Dragon Armor, and more.
+1 Ascension Perk.
Malus Modifiers:
Balance or challenge player empires (excluding Crisis, Fallen Empires, and Awakened Empires) with penalties like:

Research Speed: -15%, -25%, or -35% for a set duration.
Resource Production: -15%, -25%, or -35% for a set duration.
Pop Growth & Assembly Speed: -15%, -25%, or -35% for a set duration.
