SCM Divine Touch is the ultimate mod for multiplayer RP campaigns, originally designed for Stellaris Community Multiplayer Campaigns. This powerful tool allows observers to step into the role of game master, dynamically shaping the galaxy by rewarding or challenging empires based on their actions and objectives.

Observer-Controlled Rewards:
Grant empires rewards for achieving objectives, such as:

Resources: Energy, Minerals, Alloys, Consumer Goods, Influence, Unity.
Research boosts (temporary or permanent).
Rare technologies: Dark Matter Power, Jump Drives, Dragon Armor, and more.
+1 Ascension Perk.
Malus Modifiers:
Balance or challenge player empires (excluding Crisis, Fallen Empires, and Awakened Empires) with penalties like:
